Our Vertical Milling machine allows us to prep plates prior to fabrication

Our Lumsden Grinder can Flash Grind up to 1000mm Ø x 300mm thk on ONE or BOTH faces of ANY shaped profile to give a clean machined surface finish

We can drill up to 50mm Ø holes thru 300mm thk plate

We can punch holes or slots up to 40mm Ø thru 32mm thk plate

We can polish flat bar or plate up to any length x 930mm wide

Up to 240 Grit/Satin Finish
